Hello World! Ryan Montbleau brought along a full band to the Tupelo Friday night. \u00a0They played original tunes, plus some cool covers ranging from Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car” to \u00a0House of Pain’s “Jump Around”. \u00a0Maybe you caught the performance on Ryan’s FB page live-streamed. \u00a0My personal favorites are 75 and Sunny<\/a>, Pacing Like Prince,<\/a>\u00a0and Honeymoon Eyes<\/a>. \u00a0Oooh, can’t forget\u00a0I Can’t Wait.<\/a>\u00a0 Take a listen; every time I do there is another song to love. \u00a0What is Ryan listening to? He said he had been on a Randy Newman kick (my mind goes straight to You’ve Got a Friend in Me<\/a>\u00a0), and right now is listening to a LOT of Anders Osborne. Side note Osborne produced Ryan’s album I Was Just Leaving.<\/em> I gotta say I am digging Anders Osborne’s \u00a0Higher Ground<\/a>.<\/p>\n
